This Sandbox is owned and operated by DeepXL Corp. ("DeepXL," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms govern your access to and use of the Sandbox and the materials, information, and services we make available through it (collectively, the "Content").

2. Sandbox Purpose and Limitations

This Sandbox is provided for testing and evaluation purposes only. You acknowledge and agree that:

• The Sandbox is not intended for production use or live decision-making
• Results and analysis provided are for testing purposes and should not be relied upon for actual fraud detection
• The service may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time without notice
• Usage limits and restrictions may apply to your account

3. Data Upload Responsibilities

When using the Sandbox, you are responsible for ensuring that:

• You upload only data you are legally permitted to use for testing
• You have the right to share uploaded data with DeepXL for testing purposes
• You do not upload data about any person who has not consented to this use and sharing
• If personal data is included, you confirm you have a valid legal basis and that sharing complies with your policies and all applicable laws
• You do not upload unnecessary sensitive information

4. Permitted Use

You may use the Sandbox and Content for your personal, non‑commercial testing and evaluation purposes only as permitted by these Terms and applicable law. You must not:

• Copy, modify, adapt, translate, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, or distribute any part of the Sandbox or Content
• Sell, rent, lease, license, sublicense, transfer, or otherwise commercialize the Sandbox or Content
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract source code from the Sandbox
• Use any automated means to access, acquire, copy, or monitor the Sandbox without our prior written consent
• Circumvent any access or usage limits, security controls, or technical restrictions
• Use the Sandbox in any way that is unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, deceptive, or otherwise objectionable

• Test data is stored only to provide your Sandbox dashboard with fraud statistics
• Data is not used for model training or product development

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DEEPXL AND ITS AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SANDBOX. IN NO EVENT WILL DEEPXL'S TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED USD $100.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Sandbox at any time, with or without notice, for any reason. Upon termination, these Terms will remain in effect for applicable provisions.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict‑of‑laws principles. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Delaware.
